Services

The travel agency offers travel-related services such as booking transportation, accommodation, tours, and travel packages. Additionally, the agency provides visa support services, including assistance with visa application procedures, preparation of necessary documents, and obtaining visa invitation letters as requested by clients.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for both travel and visa applications and submit required documents timely. Clients agree to comply with the agency’s policies on changes, cancellations, and visa processing timelines. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure travel documents, including passports and visas, meet the requirements for their destination.

Payment and Fees

Travel service and visa support fees must be paid as agreed at the time of booking. Visa support fees, including any charges from third party visa services or government fees, are payable whether or not the visa is ultimately granted. Failure to pay fees timely may result in termination of services.

Visa Support Limitations

The agency provides visa support based on the best available information but can not guarantee visa approval. The agency is not liable for delays, refusals, or additional requirements imposed by consular authorities. Clients acknowledge that visa requirements may change and must verify this independently prior to travel.

Changes and Cancellations

Clients may request changes or cancellations but should be aware that visa processing times may be affected. Cancellation fees apply as per travel service providers and any non-refundable visa fees will be retained. The agency reserves the right to cancel or refuse services in case of non-payment or incomplete documentation.

Liability

The travel agency acts as an agent for travel service providers and visa support services but is not responsible for the actions of third parties such as airlines, hotels, or visa authorities. The agency’s liability is limited to refunds of any fees it has collected in case of proven fault.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Personal data collected for travel and visa purposes will be handled according to applicable privacy laws. The agency ensures client information related to visa applications remains confidential and is only shared with authorized visa-related entities as necessary.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the travel agency operates. Any disputes shall be resolved first through mediation or arbitration prior to legal action.
Document Falsification Clause
Clients must provide genuine, accurate, and truthful documents and information required for travel arrangements and visa support services. Any attempt to submit falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents or information—such as fake identification, counterfeit visas, or misleading declarations—is strictly prohibited.

If the travel agency discovers or reasonably suspects any document falsification or fraudulent activity by the client, the agency reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without refund. The client will be held fully responsible for any legal implications or penalties arising from such actions. Furthermore, the agency may report the incident to relevant authorities and take legal action to protect its interests.
Clients acknowledge that document falsification may result in visa refusals, travel disruptions, or legal sanctions, and the travel agency disclaims any liability for consequences resulting from client misconduct in this regard.
